Rules regarding team tournaments

In order to be able to host a team tournament you must complete the following:

-Get an "ok" from an admin (Leader, Co-leader, Someone whom has authority to allow tournies)

-Have a server which someone will allow you to host.

-Have all your set rules and everything to present to whoever is deciding whether or not you can host the tourney.
